Bahrain-Mubasher: Shareholders of Securities and Investment Co. (SICO) approved cash dividends at 9% of capital, or 9 fils per share, totaling BHD 3.8 million.
Net earnings for the fiscal year 2014 rose 11.3% to BHD 5.4 million, compared with BHD 4.9 million a year earlier.
The company operates with BHD 42.848 million capital, divided into 428.48 million shares at BHD 0.1 par value each.
